Nikki started CrossFit in 2017 as a "fairly un-athletic 40 year old who wanted to lose weight." It quickly transformed her life, she has competed in 5 CrossFit Opens as well as 4 local competitions. When she's not coaching classes she can be found working as a surgical tech in the ortho department. She also loves camping on the weekends with her husband, Ron and their dogs and she's also the queen of meal prep.
Isaac graduated from Troy High School in 2015 where he played football and baseball. After that he attended Mansfield University where he played sprint football. Isaac then worked in the pipeline industry for a few years before meeting his wife, Vanessa, and settling down in Granville together. Isaac started CrossFit in 2019 and has since developed a passion for olympic and power lifting as it applies to sports performance. When not coaching classes, Isaac works as a contractor and during hunting season you'll likely find him in the woods.
Vanessa, also a Troy graduate (2013) started CrossFit in 2018. With a bachelors in Exercise Science and doctorate in Chiropractic, health and fitness have always been high priority. Vanessa played soccer, basketball and ran track in high school and intramural throughout college and grad school. When not coaching classes, Vanessa is working as the chiropractor next door.You'll always find her and Isaac with their son, Rowdy, who they welcomed in June 2021.

Next Level Training
CrossFit Ravine is proud to host Next Level Training coached and programmed by Isaac Havens.
This program is specifically designed for local high school athletes and takes place after school, M/W/F from 3:30-4:30pm (session 2 will run Satrudays as well from 8am-9am
There are only 10 spots available and are filled on a first come first serve basis. Please follow our Facebook and Instagram pages for registration announcements.

Niko was awarded the Coach of the Year in 2018 by the Pennsylvania State Coaches Powerlifting Association (PSCPA). He coached the Kennard-Dale High School Powerlifting Team to 3 Pennsylvania State Team Championships, 2 Female Pennsylvania State Team Championships, and has coached a total of 42 Individual State Powerlifting Champions.
His personal powerlifting career includes 14 Pennsylvania state records in the super heavyweight division with his best lifts being (lbs): squat--810, bench--650, deadlift--745, total--2,133.
Niko works with more than just athletes, his training services are open to all members of our community looking to achieve their fitness goals.
